1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable nationwide delivery straight to your door using trusted local courier partners. 

- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of R99.00 for all orders under R650.00.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of R650.00 or more!
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery to remote or outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.

2. Processing Times
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. You will be able to track your package directly on the courier's website.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to external factors (such as extreme weather, logistics strikes, or heavy load shedding schedules). If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at aurabookbooking@gmail.com with your order number, and we will gladly track it down for you.
